Information about the shipping and payment conditions as well as the calculation of the delivery time

A) SHIPPING INFORMATION

By default, the shipping of the goods is only possible in the countries listed below. Shipping is via GLS. The applicable shipping costs can be found in the table below

I) Shipping within Germany:

I.I For shipping within the German mainland, we charge 6.00 euros per order.

I.II For shipping to German islands, we charge an island surcharge of 16.00 euros.

II) Shipping outside Germany:

We deliver to the following countries:

Belgium, Lichtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Austria 

The shipping costs to Belgium, Lichtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Austria are 10 EUR per order.

Denmark, Switzerland and the Czech Republic 

The shipping costs to Denmark, Switzerland and the Czech Republic are 11 EUR per order.

France

The shipping costs to France are 15 EUR per order.

Great Britain

The shipping costs to Great Britain are 27 EUR per order.

Italy, Poland, Slovenia and Hungary

The shipping costs to Italy, Poland, Slovenia and Hungary are 17 EUR per order.

Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania and Slovakia 

The shipping costs to Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania and Slovakia  are 20 EUR per order.

Sweden, Spain and Portugal

The shipping costs to Sweden, Spain and Portugal are 21 EUR per order.

Ireland

The shipping costs to Ireland are 24 EUR per order.

Finland and Norway

The shipping costs to Finland and Norway are 25 EUR per order.

Bosnia-Herzegovina and Iceland

The shipping costs to Bosnia-Herzegovina and Iceland are 35 EUR per order.

Malta, Greece and Cyprus

The shipping costs to Malta, Greece and Cyprus are 49 EUR per order.

II.I In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases which we are not responsible for and which you are responsible for. These include, for example, costs of transferring money by credit institutions (for example, transfer fees, exchange rate charges) or import duties or taxes (such as customs duties). B) PAYMENT INFORMATION

I) When shipping within Germany:

For deliveries within Germany the following payment options are possible:

• 1. prepayment via bank transfer
• 2. Direct Debit (SEPA Direct Debit)
• 3. Credit card
• 4. PayPal

II) When shipping outside Germany:

For deliveries outside Germany the following payment options are possible:

• 1. prepayment via bank transfer
• 2. Direct Debit (SEPA Direct Debit) (only within the EU!)
• 3. Credit card
• 4. PayPal

C) INFORMATION FOR CALCULATING DELIVERY TIME

I) Information about the calculation of the delivery date within Germany:

I.I The deadline for delivery begins for payment in advance by bank transfer on the day after issuing the payment order to the referring bank or for other types of payment on the day after conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiration of the last day of the delivery time. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general public holiday recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day replaces such a day.

I.II If you order from us within one order several articles, for which different delivery times apply, we will ship the goods in a common shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the total delivery time for the consignment is valid for the item of your order with the longest delivery time.

II) Information about the calculation of the delivery date outside Germany:
